Important Information for next week

We are excited about the hackathon next week. Please note to the following information.

1. Hackathon Kickoff will be Octorber 26, at 9:00am. We will reveal the challege statement and schedule. Breakfast will be available. Tickets for lunch and dinner will be handed out. *Location will be in the Herbert Werthiem Laboratory of Excellence Lobby area - 527 Gale Lemerand Dr, Gainesville, FL 32603

2. We have reserved the NEB Rotunda area for collaboration space throughout 24 hours. This is also where we will serve lunch and dinner. Must have a ticket to pick up lunch and dinner. *Location New Engineering Building 1064 Center Dr, Gainesville, FL 32611

3. The Award Ceremony will take place October 27, at 1:00pm in Emerson Hall. Lunch will be served at 12:00pm. You can register to attend the awards ceremony here Make sure you select Attending In-Person on Thursday, Oct. 27th. YOU MUST CHECK IN and BE PRESENT TO WIN. *Location Emerson Alumni Hall 1938 W University Ave, Gainesville, FL 32603

4. We are excited to have 2 representatives from NVIDIA that will join the judging panel. NVIDA will also give a workshop during the hackathon. Details will be listed in the schedule.

5. Make sure you follow the rules and review the judging criteria to avoid elimination.
